Cynthia Goda was amazing and easy to work with! I have been working with Cynthia on property transactions for over 20 years. She always answered my phone calls, texts, and emails very quickly. She really took her time to understand each situation and what my goal was in selling and buying homes. She has been a real estate agent in Summit County for over 30 years and has exceptional knowledge about the local market. Along with her exceptional knowledge, she has worked closely through the years with banks, underwriters, title companies and 1031 Tax Exchange Companies. This enables her to know the process well and be able to foresee any problems which may arise before they happen.. She is an expert in negotiations, and really knows contracts well. I have done many transactions using a 1031 Tax Exchange with Cynthia. She knows the process well and is able to walk you through the process and keep you informed along the way. Not only does she keep you informed, but is very active to monitor all teams to make sure everything is moving forward and correct. She takes her time to go over line by line to make sure everything is accurate. During one of my transactions she caught an error that showed I needed PPI insurance on the preliminary paperwork, when in fact I didn’t. She had the paperwork corrected and closed without any delays. I cannot recommend Cynthia Goda enough! I have many real estate transactions through the years and hands down Cynthia is the best! She will always be my first choice when buying or selling a property!
