I will never recommend any buyer to use this person as realtor. He is good at supporting the builder and mediator to convince the buyer. Not sure what kind of benefits he is getting from the builder. My honest opinion not to use him as realtor.

Daniel is a true professional. We told him we were not in a hurry and had a few months. He still sent us listings and patiently kept showing us existing and new homes. He is persistent, passionate and listens very well. We have already given his name to some friends. He will be invited to our house warming. We may adopt him !
