I was referred to Dawn as I needed to sell my house in a divorce. From day 1, Dawn was very helpful in getting my home staged and in a condition to sell as I was in another state. Dawn was very responsive to all my needs and questions, and she was able to navigate my situation with the utmost professionalism, care, and dedication. Her knowledge of the local market combined with her experience helped me to price the home exactly where I needed it to be. With that, we got an offer in less than 72 hours after initial listing. Dawn helped me complete the sale, explaining every step and going beyond by setting me up with a great cleaning service prior to settlement, which she personally oversaw.

Dawn has been amazing from the start. She was patient in working with us in finding a home that would suit our family. She was great with our boys as well. Anytime we showed her a house we were interested in she did a thorough information check on the home, and if it was not a good fit for us she was honest and let us know and we would keep looking. A few times I wanted to throw in the towel but she kept encouraging us to stick with her and she would find something for us and she did just that! Dawn also assisted with the sale of my home. There were a few challenges as we worked toward settlement, but she was proactive and worked hard to solve the problems, even helping with one after the sale was final. She is professional, honest, and a good listener. She works to clearly identify your goals, then remains focused on accomplishing them. She is an excellent realtor!

She listened very attentively to my needs and wants, and then put together a list of homes for me to see on our first tour. All of the homes she selected met my criteria, and Dawn was very up front in pointing out the pros and cons of each property. She was prompt at setting up showings, submitting offers and setting up appointments at every step of the process. She also helped us set up contractors for repairs that we wanted to do after purchase and has continued to be a valuable source of information and has gone out of her way continually to find us answers. We cannot recommend her enough and will be using her again.
