Being from out of State and across the Ocean we were not at all familiar with the Tacoma area. Dawn was a breath of fresh air. We had been window shopping online for a couple of years after we began considering moving to the mainland. After we sold our Hawai'i home Dawn took extraordinary steps to help us evaluate properties that had caught our interest, taking into consideration the character of the neighborhoods, the proximity to amenities we would require, and physically providing us with an online "walk-thru". Dawn actively advised us all the way thru the process of completing the remote purchase of our new home to insure that we well represented.
