My parents worked with Debbe to buy their home a couple of years ago and had a good experience, so I decided to work with Debbe as well. I am a first time home buyer, so having her made the process seem less overwhelming since she is very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. If I had any questions, she was happy to answer them in a timely manner. Even if she couldn't be there at some of the appointments, she made sure someone else on her team was there. I was originally looking at condos in the city because they were in my price range, but she helped me realize that a stand-alone house further from the city in a growing neighborhood would be a better investment. I couldn't imagine going through this without a realtor, and I would definitely work with Debbe again in the future.
