I cannot stress enough that we were too busy to sell our house when we listed it through Debbie in Oct 2020. We had only a few weeks to pack and clean as my wife had taken a job on the other coast and we were in the middle of finding housing there, enrolling a child in college, purchasing an RV for the cross country trip (which was a first and required a lot of planning) transferring my medical care as a post-heart transplant patient. Keep in mind, this was all at the height of the Covid Pandemic and I am immune-compromised which made showing the house a complicated and potentially dangerous situation.
