Ed Chong is probably one of, if not, the best realtor you’re going to find in Hawaii. Ed is patient and extremely knowledgeable about the market here on Oahu. He had a detailed understanding of my neighborhood and quite literally every condo we went to see. I was looking for a condo to purchase with my very picky mother. Ed did an awesome job getting us into our new home. As we put in our offer, there were 9 other offers that we were up against. Ours wasn’t the highest but Ed was able to put together an offer that the seller really liked.

It was a pleasure working with Ed and everyone we met at One Pacific. Ed made sure this first-time home buyer understood each step of the buying process. We were in an impossible situation & Ed made it possible. We needed to sell within 45 days & Ed handled two open houses, found a buyer & guided us through the transition to the buyer. Ed also assisted the seller & their agent with the transfer of keys. A few hours later, the seller lost their keys & Ed even helped him with that.
