I first worked with Ellie about 12 years ago, and when it came time for another real estate transaction, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with again. It's a testament to the trust and confidence she builds with her clients that, even after all those years, she was my first call. What I appreciate most about Ellie is her thoughtful, personal, and practical approach. She cares about her clients and takes the time to understand what's important to them. She brings a deep understanding of the local real estate market, offers sound advice, and is always mindful of her clients' best interests. She's proactive, responsive, and incredibly accessible. She works around your schedule rather than expecting you to work around hers. Whether it's answering questions, talking through decisions, or addressing concerns, she always makes herself available. Her professionalism and dedication certainly don't end at 5pm! Real estate transactions can be complicated and stressful, but having someone you trust makes all the difference. Ellie brings a rare combination of market expertise, sound judgment, genuine care, and personal attention that makes the entire process feel more manageable. Another 10/10 perfect experience.

Ellie is simply the best. We met randomly when asking to see a great home in Daly City, she met us within the hour upon our request! We found the house was not our cup of tea, but she was confident that we would find the right one. We really appreciated her point of view, she is very knowledgeable about the local market, SF/Daly City/Pacifica, and has an excellent accurate feel for what houses will sell for. We had to sell our house first, before buying, so decided to give her a chance. She said we could do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. She brought in the perfect buyer for our house, and we got a quick close. Then she suggested we see a house we thought would not be suitable, she showed it to us, and we loved it. She showed us many more houses, but we ended up going with her recommendation in the end! Again she said we can do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. We got the house for 10k over our initial offer (totally acceptable), and had another very fast close (10 days). This is only possible if your team is super efficient. Ellie and her team are highly skilled, and helped us every step of the way. Along with being fast, accurate, and knowledgeable, she is also fun and cool, easy to talk too, and very good at handling the stress that comes with all this. I thank Ellie so much for everything. I can’t put into words the pleasure it was working with her and her team. She said we could do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
