Eric was a Good agent. Because our standards are very high, we only rated him a 7. Recommendations: 1) Read the contract word for word with sellers so all understanding can be dealt with at that time, therefore no. 2 can be handled better 2) Agent to emphasize to sellers, the lender (i.e., FHA, HUD) will require structural damage to be done, so be prepared! (We didn't have the money to do the repairs so he worked with us and God worked it out.)
