About Eric

For 25 years, and through great and challenging real estate markets, I have enjoyed assisting buyers and sellers fulfilling the dreams of buying or selling homes. I take pride in putting my clients need first; most clients really appreciated my patience and attention to detail throughout the transaction. I did my very best to listen to their concerns throughout the process and explain all the expected steps from the beginning to the end. I also enjoy explaining subjects like short sales, foreclosures, loan requirements and how to present successful win-win offers when competing in multi-offer situations. All the above helps me to minimize any negative surprises for my clients. Buying and selling a home could be stressful and I do my best to make it enjoyable and a memorable experience.
