Easy to work with, professional, and willing to look at homes for you if out of area. Put in many offers, most were full-price but failed to get accepted. She never gave up. Once we found another home that had most of our needs, she got the offer in fast and we got it. She is nice and stays of top of texts and calls. We hope to work with her again when we get another place.

Erika helped me sell my husband's house after his unexpected death. She knows the Vegas market very well, works with a great photographer, and communicated with me on a daily basis. She was incredibly professional and also went way above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do, including helping coordinate with the estate sale team and even going over to water plants. My friend, a realtor in Washington DC, interviewed 10 realtors in Vegas for me and recommended Erika after their conversation, and my friend made the right choice. Would recommend Erika without reservation.

I would sometimes get carried away with the positives, and she would be there with a very careful and professional eye to point out what I would overlook. I know I almost made some bad choices, but Erika would always bring me home, so to speak Reminding me of what I initially told her I wanted. In the end, I got the home I wanted, checking all the boxes. Erika has got to be the best real estate agent in town! She will treat your homebuying as if she was making a purchase for herself.

Erika is THE BEST! We were out-of-state buyers so she was our eyes on the ground and she really knew what we wanted and liked from our first visit. She put a huge amount of time into the deal and gave us spot-on advice the whole way. I'm not sure another realtor could have pulled off this deal which was a bit complicated because of the lender.
