She was so professional, friendly, and helpful. I can wholeheartedly say she is the best there is. Buying while out of state is very stressful, and she made it a breeze. Her work ethic is like no other; she literally spent 7 hours showing us over 15 houses on a Saturday. Just to make our 10-hour trip worth it. I am glad to be able to say that on that same day, in the last house we toured, we found our forever home. She didn’t stop there; on top of that, she helped me virtually to stage the house I was selling back in Florida, and it got an offer the next day! She explained everything I asked about buying a house for the first time. At first I was having a hard time until I got in contact Felicia Feilds. She's very understanding, easy too work with and nice lady.

I first met Felicia when looking for a home for my youngest daughter. Her patience in helping her find the "right" first home at a cost she could afford on one income, was outstanding. Fast forward a few years and my daughter pasted away suddenly and the home had to be sold. My first call for help, was to Felicia. Again she guided me thru a tough period as we sold the home. I am now nearing 79 and I have Felicia's name and number in the fireproof box with my will so the family will have someone I trusted, to help them.

Felicia Fields is the best! She was thorough, professional, and great to work with. She kept me apprised of available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new property came on the market. She was honest and forthright—no games. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The process went so smoothly because she was obviously very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource.
