Very nice, but not proactive. Didn’t generate the interest expense Ted for our home in a very high demand neighborhood. It may not have been Fran, but Redfins model. We benefited from Redfin as a buyer, but not as a seller. Any info provided seemed more focused on presenting Redfin in a positive light versus telling us the facts of the progress of market. I didn’t feel like we ever learned anything that we didn’t already know regarding selling our home.

Redfin is not great, but not terrible. In my two previous real estate transactions, I'd used traditional agents, but thought I'd try out Redfin this time. Fran did a great job with the marketing of my home and had a lot of traffic in the house. My house was listed for 6 months with Redfin without a single offer (and I reduced the price several times at the advise of Fran). Unfortunately in my area, it was an aggressive buyers market and I ended up having to list my house with a full service agent who was able to reach out to all the buyers agents and ultimately sold my house within just a few days of listing with them.
Redfin didn’t work for me in this instance but Fran was a great agent.

Fran did a great job being an advocate for us with the sale of our home. The comps were not showing what the market would bear in our neighborhood so Fran recommended an appraisal along with a reverse offer on a couple that put in a lower offer previously.
