In a nutshell, we sold our house in 1DAY!!! And that was all because of Gerry. He knew of a client working with another broker who was interested in our neighborhood. We hadn't even listed our house yet!! But we had talked to Gerry about it. When we finally listed it the people made us a good offer that first day. We couldn't believe it. In addition, the service we received from Gerry was always professional and friendly. Even on the morning of the day we closed, the other broker called Gerry during the walk-thru that we had left a few things in one of the closets. Gerry went right over to pick them up. What else can I say? This is the second house that Gerry sold for us. We are truly grateful to Gerry and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.

Gerry was more than patient, and worked hard to sell the house. Despite his advice, we tried to get the most for our money, and then the costs for necessary improvements to help move it. Gerry is a gentleman and let us set the price, which I really appreciated, however in retrospect, there were times that I had wished he had kicked me much harder to take what seemed like a fair offer, rather than to hope for something better down the road. Who knows for sure. All in all, lessons learned, and I am very satisfied.
