He was amazing from start to finish we needed to sell fast to move out of state during the sale. He helped us while we we're living Florida. He adjusted his times to talk to us because of timezone difference. He even did few drive by's to check on the property. I would 100% recommend him and would use him again if I ever moved back to California. He really understood the realtor side of things and helped us understand what was the best choice for us to make explaining everything. I trust him to help someone find or sell their home.

I was a first time home buyer and the process greatly overwhelmed me though working with Waylon helped to simplify and make the purchase a lot easier for me to understand and go through. During the course of the purchase and search for houses, Waylon was very efficient and reliable with keeping in contact while I was out of state for a work trip. Gilbert was the consummate professional! He was always available and, in the rare instances when he wasn't, he would always text back immediately to let me know that he was going to call me right away. And, we were selling my dad's house but we live out of the area. There was a lot of work that needed to be done before we could even list it but we didn't know where to start - pool cleaning, yard work, painting, trash removal, gardening... Gilbert had a whole rolodex of people that came in and did phenomenal jobs at great prices! Gilbert is a great guy and an even better agent! Highly recommended!!

Gilberto was great to work with, we worked together entirely remotely as I had moved out of the area before selling the property and it worked very well. He also had contacts for all tasks needed to prepare the place for going on the market (including gardeners, cleaners, etc). He conveniently set up all appointments and worked with the tenant on scheduling. His contacts did good work and had reasonable prices.
