?Ginger did a good job for us and the reason the house did not sale was mainly due to the Toll road that creates a level of noise once you step out in the back yard that people do not like. We did have one offer but it was extremely low and came as a shock to us. The 1% was also increased to 2% for the broker and we were already in shock so that just made it hard to accept. Offers that low that have a shock factor to the buyer should probably be made in person vs. over the phone. The additional 1% increase just made it harder to get past the initial shock

Did not like that we listed the home too high for the first 2 months. While I wanted to get as much money as possible, I feel ginger should have provided more advice and been more stern on what the price should be. Also, I feel she should have recommended fixes and updates to the house to help with selling. Overall, whether its Ginger or whomever, it seems like everyone is dependent upon the MLS to sell the home. Lastly, she listed the home as is at one point causing people to think major updates were needed when in truth, I as the owner just didnt want to negotiate. Best offer or something like that could have been used. I think Redfin is very good for people buying/selling homes under $300k. It was not a very pleasant experience for my home.

Ginger was an absolute delight to work with. We're Californian's (I know, I know) moving to Dallas with little knowledge about the Metroplex. We made 2 trips to see 15 houses spread out over 8-10 of the suburbs. She figured out very early on what our "styles" and preferences were. Ultimately, we offered on a house that we never saw in person but she face-timed us. We fully trusted her opinon of the house and it was the best decision we made because it's the house we ended up with! We'd recommend her 10 times out of 10. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the house that I sold was less than a year old. A home that is less than 12 months old should be considered new construction. However, other realtors wanted to categorize my home as pre-owned which would not sell for the same amount of money. Ginger used her appraisal background to find the appropriate comps for my home. Her extensive real estate knowledge saved me from losing $30k of value in my home.
After selling my previous home, Ginger also helped me find my current home. She listened to my needs and was very helpful. I am extremely happy with my new home. And, I am very pleased that Ginger was my realtor. I will use her again and recommend her to all my friends.
