Gregory will go the extra mile for you. Literally. We spent several weeks in a row, power-shopping for a house during an unprecedented market. We lost on a few offers, but that’s ok, because Gregory didn’t want to see us pay more for a house than it would be worth, as he did his homework every time. He also helped us exercise patience and not put in bids on houses that weren’t right for us, just because we were in the midst of a house buying frenzy. While her reasons were admirable (family first) and I saluted her for it, this is not great for clients. The seller's of this property we're inflexible as to showings, inspections etc. This led to long wait times for signings and counters. If it weren't for Gregory, this property would never have sold. Gregory Albert was amazing during the process of purchasing my home. We had several challenges along the way with inspections and repairs, as well as with appraisals and obtaining financing. He went above and beyong with all parties involved, making himself available to meet inspectors and contractors as I was making my purchase long distance. The deal could have easily fallen apart several different times along the way, but he did not give up. I would highly recommend Gregory to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
