When we first met with him to discuss selling he came to our home, walked through, and came up with a plan for us on the spot of the best way to get started. We did some minor updates and a few months later we put our house on the market! We had one open house and by the end of the weekend the home was sold! For more than I EVER could have imagined- and I give Haris and his team full credit for that! Haris was awesome to work with. We were in process of moving in March/April when everything shut down. Haris kept everything moving forward with amazing pictures of the house and drone video of the exterior to push marketing. With all of the COVID craziness, it took longer than we'd initially hoped, and we rejected several low-ball offers along the way. But Haris kept things moving, and we finally accepted an asking-price offer! We moved out of state, but would definitely recommend Haris and would use him again if we were buying or selling in this area in the future.

Even at the end he had my back when the buyers (now owners of the property) kept claiming something that was not true and should not have been an issue. While staying professional he stuck to the contract and did not give in just so we could sign the closing papers. And, he said something to me afterwards that I really appreciate about his ethics. This is para-phrasing but essentially his words; "If it had been something that was our fault or something that really was an issue, I would have asked to work it out or fix it. Here is why: first home we offered on looked great but had terrible inspection results with some structural issues(we were first offer and first inspection on the home, so she had no idea the issues were present). I was assigned a trainee to rep. Me. Told open houses would be happening, that did not. Was not kept informed of status throughout my experience. Would call this outfit up on Friday to find out times of open house only to find out they decided not to do them that weekend. Once an offer was made with contingencies, no more showings were done to get additional offers. Basically my house was listed and waited for other realtors to bring clients. I would never recommend this outfit. I called many times for updates, and ended up dealing buyers myself do to my realtor not being available, especially after the offer was made. Buyers realtor was more helpful in keeping me updated at all times

THEY took care of them. They actually sold the house twice and when the first buyers deal fell thru, they had a backup and sold the house in two days.

In fortunately in today’s world, it is evident that
money is the motivator for most people. I did not
feel at anytime that was the case with Scott and Bernice.
They were over the top for me in the purchase fifth home.
They are without a doubt the most diligen realtors I have ever had.

Bernice was so easy to work with and she seemed to genuinely care about what my wife and I wanted. We had just fired our previous agent due to slow responses and general lack of enthusiasm. Bernice and gang however got back to me within minutes typically and got us into house showings the day they came on the market. Fantastic experience and will use again if they are still around when we want to upgrade.

When I bought my house .I work out of town I ask Harris realty to check the house for me after the owners moved out since i couldnt be there for 4 days and leave the keys.I got too the House the owners took all the Blinds rellaced a air conditioner with a old one.and had to pay a plumber 3000.00.dollars because he didnt check the madter bathroom because of the crawl space.I have prove from rotor rotor.But the worst thing is they never returned my many calls.I contacted a Attorney.Also they clam they left a Housewarming Gift...
