My husband and I would recommend the Antonov group to everyone and anyone. Each of them brings a different set of skills to the table. We especially appreciated Herman's detailed knowledge of the market and how the economy works with it and how it all ties together. He is humble about his knowledge but it is golden. We appreciated Herman's honesty when we would tour homes as well. He did not try to get us into a more expensive home just because we would qualify, he respected our financial wants for the price range. He also didn't pressure us into writing offers we weren't comfortable with or unreasonable offers. Herman and his team helped my husband and I buy our first home and they were extremely helpful for every step of the process. My husband and I actually found a home when we weren't even looking, and within 3 days, we went from seeing the home for the first time to an accepted offer! Herman worked over the weekend, answering emails and questions well into the night, to get this done for us. The team was also helpful in connecting us with additional services we may need such as inspectors and our loan officer. Herman and staff helped us find the perfect house in Oakdale 4 years ago. When it came time to list our home we contacted Herman for his thoughts on the market in our area, he came back with a list price $10,000 higher than what we were thinking and we ended up getting multiple offers $10,000-$19000 over the asking price. Herman guided us through which offers were better than others and we accepted not the highest offer but the offer that was the most solid. What a great experience this was for us!
