Harve was great to work with. He is kind and dedicated to his job. He is very responsive to texts, calls and emails. He was willing to tour property at last minute requests, and offered to show me homes both above and below my price range, often his idea so I could gain deeper knowledge. I toured roughly 30 places before putting offers on and Harve stuck it out with me. I honestly think he was starting to get wherry if I would ever pull the trigger but he kept a good attitude and pressured me the right amount when we found the right spot. You can tell he wants to help people and is driven to be a success himself. Hervé is the most patient and caring realtor. I had interviewed couple of realtors and I decided to go with Hervé because he was patient and truly treated my buying process as his own. As a first time home buyer I was extremely anxious about the process even when I was under contract I still wasn’t sure I made the right decision. Hervé was patient with me and walk through all my questions. I still wanted to go look at some other houses to make sure of my choice. He still set up and went with me to those viewing.
