Jaime was perfect for us! The key bit was when we drove down on a home finding trip, by then we had sent her a number of Redfin listings of homes that 'looked' nice on the Internet (reality was quite different due to wide angle lenses and how shots were framed). We ended up buying the very first home we saw with her, but on that day, we wanted to see an many homes as we could that matched our criteria. We didn't see a lot and that's when things got a bit difficult for my wife. Jaime, did a great job being empathetic and encouraging. By the end of the day we had two viable options and we picked the one that made the most sense for us.

As two-time corporate relocation clients(once to the OC area and recently out of the OC area), we had little power over which Realtor was assigned to us for our buying / selling processes. Our first experience with Jaime was excellent...she helped us prepare for and identify the house we loved during our 3 day on-site trip. Not an easy task. When we were relocating again, 2 years later, we could not have been more thriled that Jaime was on the "approved list" of Realtors to work with. It was a no-brainer to choose to work with her again.

Although I was a picky client that searched almost every weekend and took several months to finally close on a home, Jaime always supported and accomodated my search enthusiastically and punctually. Although I spent hours searching on the web for properties, my final great home was one that she suggested I see. She also used online documents with electronic signatures, which made things simpler and more efficient.
