I would not hesitate to use James again! Not pushy, answered all my questions in a timely manner. His primary concern was not getting a sale, but rather that I the, customer, would be happy in the end

Pro for using Redfin: Easy to see houses. Cons for using Redfin: If you need any kind of guidance, Redfin is probably not the right realtor service for you. James was nice and the closing went well, but there was very little communication and I would have been totally lost if this had been my first house buying experience.

James was great to have as the lead on my home sale. He's a very good and timely communicator. Always kept me in the loop and always made sure my questions or concerns were answered. The timeline from listing to sale was a long process and James remained helpful and focused for the duration. He was also receptive to strategies I wanted to incorporate into the sale, and offered some great advice when it came time to negotiate. A+
