If these “check your boxes”, consider working with him! 1- he was focused on the relationship part of the sale and working with him didn’t seem so transactional. 2 - he was extremely responsive at all times. He picked up his phone on the 1st ring or he called back right away if he was with another client. 3 - He was educated on the current marketplace and the pricing of our area.
