Let me start by saying we had a "unique" buyer/buyers agent. By that I mean very challenging to work with. While the buyers agent was absolutely ridiculous (in my opinion), Matt and Jamie kept things moving along and handled the situation professionally. We enjoyed working with them and would use them again. In the end, we got nearly $20,000 over asking price at close. I really appreciated that they would always promptly communicate which was key for us in the process. We are very candid people and were glad that they could be as well.

As a first time home buyer it was great to have Matt's help to understand the steps in the process and to help deal with problems that occurred while in the process of closing. The appraiser was being very picky about some details that needed painting and it was delaying the closing date so Matt rallied help and personally came out to the house to get the painting done.

I thought Jamie was great but it seems that she works for Matt versus being his partner. Matt lacks so much in customer service, I don't know if I can fit it all in here. Suffice it to say, I was initially turned off by him when he advised me to lower my price to below what a the same layout in y condo sold for just 3 weeks ago. His reason was that most customers look at home in 25k increments. I went on to tell him what the market was like, had he bothered to even read a current article so there was no reason for me to do this. I can't believe he's profitable or has any repeat customers. Worst advise I ever received from an agent! And then it was down hill from there. Luckily, I have common sense and experience but most customers/clients don't and I do feel for them.

When initially meeting with a client, we are on a fact finding mission to figure out a plan to get their property sold, for the most amount of money in the fastest and easiest manner. We use the selected increments as they match what other agents use, when discussing pricing to list. We do not use them for reduction purposes. When listing a home, we always listen to our clients thoughts, mix it with the facts and figure a value never questioning the price, but also explaining how search criteria's are usually set up and what the facts show. We will do what ever is necessary to help, from crawling in crawl spaces, to letting contractors in. We take pride in always going the extra mile. However it seems like we missed the mark and for that we are truly sorry. We take all our feedback to heart, and this experience will help us grow and continue to strive for the best customer experience possible.5.0
