I don't think we could have gone through the home buying process with anyone but Jarrod. As a first time home buyer, he answered all questions we had, walked us through processes step by step in an easy to understand matter, and was there for us whenever we needed him.
Jarrod also has tons of local expertise, which we were happy to take advantage of when deciding exactly where to live. Jarrod was quick to help schedule home visits, which is critical in a market where houses do not stay available for very long.

Jarrod assisted us in renting our town house in less than a week a couple of years ago and we called on hime when we were ready to sell our home. He was professional, assisted us with determining a fair asking price and helped us sell our house in less than 60 days, when we listed it during the winter!! We appreciated him taking the time to hire a professional photographer and obtaining outstanding photographs for the websites and especially navigating us through a complex settlement!

He was willing to answer all my questions. He was paitent, understanding and had good customer service and he was friendly and made me feel comfortable as a customer, as this was my first time buying a home on my own. I d id not understand everything or the whole process and he was willing to allow me to ask question and give me the answer without it being a matter of distrust. I would definetly use him again and I pan to in thr future.

Jarrod is an example of an excellent realtor. He gets to know his customers and their needs/desires, and shows them properties that align with both their budget and desires. Additionally, Jarrod was responsive whenever we needed something and was very proactive throughout our entire home buying process. Jarrod made the usually tedious process of buying a home carefree and actually quite enjoyable.

Extremly positive. Jarrod was flexible in terms of when we could meet. It didn't matter if we could meet evenings or weekends. He was there to help. Jarrod explained all the details of buying my first house in a way that I could understand, since I'm not particularly knowledgable about real estate. The seller wasn't very cooperative. Jarrod defenitely helped persuade him that this was the best opportunity for him as well as myself. He made sure the deal was complete in a timely manner.
