Jason was easy to work with and easy to get ahold of. He made sure (in a very short window of time) we could do a pre-inspection/sewer scope and was able to write our offer so that while we didn't have the highest offer we still got the house (this was also due to some luck, but his work helped us beat the other offer at the same price). He also suggested a great lender who was able to give us a very short close date. We hope to be in our new house for many years to come, but if we ever need to buy again or make a realtor recommendation I would for sure recommend Jason.
