She met our every need and then some through every step of the way from finding the right place to handling all of the paperwork and inspections, etc., involved with the closing. Would highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

We made appointment to see a home listed on Redfin. We gladly retained Jessica as our buyer agent. While we were traveling to Newland, she had initiated a search for additional properties meeting our requirements. The very next home we visited turned out to be the one. Jessica went above and beyond to work this out for us as the owner had failed to have proper permits and inspections for the renovation. Jessica worked extremely hard under time pressure to see that these issues were addressed. She works with an excellent home inspector whose observations were critical to the correction of problems in the house.

We had a short closing window, and she went the extra mile in helping arrange all the due diligence, setting us up with vendors as we were from out of town. She went above and beyond for us during the entire home buying process.
