When we did find the right home, he correctly advised the listing was priced too low and would likely go for $15,000 higher. He was right and this helped us create a winning offer on a home with nearly 10 offers. He also helped us sell our other property at a discount. John was a great agent and I would certainly recommend him.

John was an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn't imagine a better agent as a first time home buyer. He took me seriously from the beginning, which means a lot to a first time buyer. He was very knowledgeable of the areas and communities we toured. He never questioned any of my concerns about any homes or try to claim that things weren't true about problems or concerns. He was even upfront about somethings that I hadn't noticed. He was open to having my family involved. He was easy to schedule with and was very willing to work around my work schedule, which meant meeting in the evenings. He was on top of paperwork and answering questions. This whole process went much smoother than I had ever imagined it could, and much of that is owed to him!
