To be honest we were a bit disappointed as this relationship progressed. It seemed to start out very strong and wane once the listing was up. The photos and support getting ready for listing were fantastic, but it was clear fairly early that we were getting no traffic, and we heard nothing from Joe or his team for weeks -- three weeks in, the advice we got was "lower the price". I think Joe's attention was diverted by the opening in Columbus, which was disappointing. We will likely list with another company when we list again -- this did not feel "full service".

Joe did ALL of the work to sell our home, it couldn't have been easier. We were living there at the time, so other than getting out of the way for a showing, it was all him. The photos he took and video he made of the house for the sale were so beautiful, we almost wanted to stay!

As a firstime homebuyer, Joe was the expert I needed when looking through houses. He knew what elements of a house were red flags, and also what improvements were welcome additions (items I would've otherwise missed). All of the paperwork was online And extremely easy to navigate.
