Joe has been great, without him I wouldn't have found my new home here in Wilmington. He's very flexible with showing times, gets requested information immediately, communicated on my behalf with the seller in my best interest and has been very responsive to emails and text messages. While some realtors treat this as a business transaction, Joe is very friendly, and he actually cares. I love the fact he kept everyone on track during this whole process and even helped we close earlier than anticipated. Very highly recommended.
