I contacted John through the Redfin app when we wanted to schedule a house visit in a territory we had never been to before. John responded quickly and politely. We met John onsite and greeted us so warmly we knew he was the right person for us. We continued to work with John for almost a year looking for just the right house. He showed us quite a few houses during our search and was always knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend anyone to work with John if you want true professional and kind person.
