I truly did not expect to get connected with someone that was as experienced, personable, honest, and patient as John. Over the last several months of viewing homes in various areas of south Florida, we didn't feel comfortable with call-up agents, and the amount of pressure and that we received from every stop. But John gave us the ease of looking through the properties, simply offering advice and perspectives, but not trying to push us in any way. He was super patient and detailed, always there to guide us when things got stressful. He's the kind of guy who's always on your side, ready to answer questions or address any problem directly. I can't say enough about how great it was working with John. We're very thankful to have him as our realtor.

I do not even know where to begin, as I have too many good things to say about John. We’re out of state so it wasn’t easy for us to look for houses down in Florida. John goes above & beyond for his clients. We just closed on our first home after looking for over 3 years. I’ve never connected with any of the realtors. My first Redfin tour— John S came out, when I got back in the car I told my husband “hey John is the guy, he’s my realtor, I’m going to work with him!” -the feeling was mutual! The main thing with John— many other realtors discredit the cx likes/dislikes. Whether big or small projects. John respects my wishes of what I’m looking for…or not. John has been nothing but professional and accommodating. He was able to keep the deal alive although it wasn’t a simple transaction. Highly recommend.

The best realtor I could find, always willing to help, regardless of the time, he was always there when needed, because I, as the first buyer, had many, many questions and he was always willing to answer... I thank him and let him know he also has his house here, even though I'm paying for it… Hahaha. 👍🏻👍🏻
