I cannot recommend John Krause enough, but I will try. My situation was that I was handling the sale of a home for an extended family member's estate in Roxborough, and the property was ~45 minutes from my home. While I was able to rely on some family, friends, and a junk removal company to help clean out the contents of the home, I was completely in the dark regarding dependable handymen and service providers in the area. John helped us find our first house, so when it was time to sell we knew we had to work with him again. John is professional and very knowledgeable. He understands the market and what is the best way to get a home ready for sale. He also went above and beyond, personally repairing parts of our home that needed it, including patching garage ceiling holes and fixing the hot water heater valve. He removed old house wire that was left from the previous owner and repaired our HVAC registers which saved us a couple thousand dollars in buyer inspection request repairs. From Day 1 John has always been very courteous, professional, hard working and answered all my questions. A perfect example of this, was when we had a potential buyer and he was on vacation in Hawaii, he answered all his emails and million questions from the Realtor and myself. (this potential buyer ended up being the ONE) Even though he was on vacation , he knew how important this was for us to sell and he put himself in our shoes.
