John is extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions regarding sale price and particulars. He also provided his professional opinion on strategy for the sale. We followed his guidance. We had solid offers within four days. Our home sold above the listing price and sold within three weeks. No hang ups. No hassles. This was as about as stress free as selling a home gets! Highly recommend John as your agent.
