Joseph is a good agent to work with. He is receptive to feedback and pays attention to the customer asks/needs. Despite the market not reflecting accordingly to stats and price drops, we were still able to find a good home. The fact that he knows and lives in the area is a bonus. I also appreciate that he gave us the same attention he would give any client and didnt rush us. The advice he provided was useful and he (and his team to include redfin associated agencies) enabled us to close FAST. First time closing on a home on less than 30 days. Granted I had everything I needed ready for submission, it was still very expedient. Glad we went with Joseph and I recommended him to several of my friends already.

Joseph was an incredible agent. After I went to see two listings in my preferred neighborhood, Joseph helped me put in offers at each. When we were not able to reach a deal as to either one, Joseph forwarded me the listing at the condo I ended up buying. I had originally disregarded the listing because it was slightly outside of my preferred area, but Joseph encouraged me to view it. To my surprise, I loved it. Joseph was excellent from the day we met. We randomly met as we arrived at a home we found through realtor.com. He convinced us to use redfin app (which we now realize is much better) and we began searching homes with Joseph. He was always willing to go out of his way to help, offering his personal advice and insight, sitter services from his daughter, and never pressured us. When we first wanted to see the home we bought it was snowing and the city was shut down. Joseph came out and he also had a cold. He didn't complain once and was always very flexible with our busy schedules. We would highly recommend working with him.
