The impression I had with Mr Hatch is that he wanted to sell the house quickly, not paying much attention to our needs or concerns. Then, we had to turn our questions to Kathy (sales coordinator) who was great, responding to our questions and solving our issues quickly.

Joseph was a perfect agent for us first-time home buyers, especially during a competitive market. He helped educate us on the process, helped us buy a home we loved on our first offer, and his intuitions about our concerns (problems with house, under-appraising) seemed to be correct. Most importantly, he was extremely responsive and at times went above and beyond. (e.g. helping get an agent to unlock the house, which was quite far away, for an impromptu inspection, with only a few hours' notice, being potentially available to meet with a surveyor who could only perform a survey at 6 AM, offering to personally haul out some heavy loads of trash the sellers left behind after closing. I'd recommend Joseph highly to anybody I know.
