He paid a pool service for me until my house sold and pay him back. that's just one of many things he helped with.Jose is a GREAT communicator he kept me up to date on everything going on with the property. We didn't just find Jose on Redfin and go for it.We spoke to four agents before Jose. After meeting with Jose it was clear who was the agent for us. Jose was the best agent I've worked with, and believe me, I've worked with many. I live in San Francisco and the property I was selling was in Southern California. On top of that, I have an extremely busy work schedule. Needless to say, I'm not the easiest client to work with due to my lack of availability. Nevertheless, Jose took care of everything for me and went well beyond the duties of a seller's agent to get my house sold. I literally didn't have to do anything except sign paperwork and give him yes/no decisions based on information he presented to me. It's also worth mentioning that Jose is an extremely honest person and someone with great values. I definitely would use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Victorville area.
