We asked Jo to sell a vacant lot that we did not get a chance to build prior to moving out of state. She is highly professional and responds our emails very quickly. Throughout the process she frequently updates the online traffic stats to us. She is knowledgable and provides valuable advice, but does not push us to make decisions. We received the offer while she was on vacation overseas. She kept working during her vacation, just as responsive as if she was in office. The sale process went smoothly. Overall, we really enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend.

Jo did a ton of legwork on our behalf and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We got a full orientation of the Spokane market and looked at many homes that fit our search criteria. She was extremely reliable and efficient in our inspection and closing process and we were quite pleased that we chose Jo to represent us in our home purchase.
