We are very impressed with Juan's knowledge of many areas in 4 counties in North California. I won't be surprise he knows more houses in many counties. After we saw many beautiful houses, we complaint to Juan that we don't want to be in "bad" area because of our small children. We want our children to play freely. He asked us if we want to take a look at a house in the county of Stanislaus. We said NAH! He said, "I offer you a free ride and see a house."
