We had a great experience working with Julie to purchase our first home. As a first-time homebuyer relocating from California, navigating a new-build purchase, my husband and I had a lot of questions and concerns along the way. Julie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and always made sure I understood every step of the process. From the very beginning, she was responsive, patient, and truly supportive every step of the way. 🫶🏼 What really stood out to us is that her support didn’t stop after closing. Even afterward, she continued helping us follow up with the builder to make sure final issues were addressed. For example, one of our mirrors was damaged during construction, and Julie has been actively helping us get that resolved. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. We’re so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy a home. 🏡 ✨
