We would highly recommend working with Julie. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market, adept at negotiating with the seller's agent, and helped us navigate a few unexpected issues at the end of the closing process. We were 100% confident throughout the entire process that Julie was fully committed and working as hard as possible to help us find a home meeting our needs and budget, get the best deal possible, and streamline the process as much as possible.

Julie is a very responsible and professional realtor. We searched on the market for months before finding a house that we loved, but Julie didn't push us to make the decision to purchase. At every step, she made sure to ask if this house was the one we really preferred. In the week from the home offer to the inspection and appraisal, she took care of all our interests and made sure things went smoothly. Even after closing, she let us know that she could still help us resolve a remaining issue with the seller. We really appreciate all her help, and would definitely want to refer her to a friend.
At the same time, we would like to thank Marcy for patiently bringing us to see so many homes. Once, she brought us to see a house at our requested time very late in the evening, and drove all the way over from Charlotte to Kannapolis to do so. She gave us much useful information and needed advice.
