Julie was amazing from the first moment we spoke! We have a friend who is also a realtor in the area, but once we met Julie, we were hooked! She was SO patient with us and with the many debacles that occurred throughout our search for the perfect home. She listened, was always available any time we needed her and very timely with communication. We plan for this to be our forever home, but if not, we will definitely be calling on Julie again!

I met Ms Julie almost 10 yrs ago when she was the real estate agent for my son and daughter-in-law. I went with her to see plenty of possible homes and she helped find the perfect home (they are still there now). When l lost my husband and my health started failing my daughter-in-law immediately suggested Ms Julie as my realtor. I was not only selling but also buying, Any questions l asked she answered. If l had to text her she answered within 15 mins. She explained what buyers wanted to see in my old home and she checked to see if l was on point. She controlled all aspects of my selling and subsequently buying my new home, She attended both closings of both the selling and buying of the homes. She went with me during the walk thru of my new home and advised me what to look for. Ms. Julie stayed on top of all the legal papers sent to me and answered anything l did not understand. Needless to say I closed on my old home and my new home all on the same day. I think this was my last move. I have been in my new home for 10 months now and could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend Ms. Julie Williams as anyone's Selling or Buying agent.
