He communicated pro-actively, honestly and timely. He coordinated the myriad of 3rd parties including inspectors, vendors, title company and lenders.
Justin drove 8 hours from Dallas to Houston and back to hand deliver our closing documents to ensure we would close on time and be able to move in when we needed to.

We could not have asked for a better person to work with than Justin Knauss. He is very knowledgeable in his field and could easily answer all of our questions as we toured house after house. Justin was a great agent: responsive, listened, knowledgable, and professional.
With a hard money offer, we had leverage and came on top on the closing price. Included in the negotiations, we were able to get a sizeable allowance for some aesthetics and a bit more for a new HVAC system.
One thing we did have a disagreement on was the belief that we had asked for too much off, Justin thought there was no more wiggle room in the negotiations, so I did have to pry him to ask for an allowance for the HVAC system. He listened and followed thru on his part and we made it happen.
Justin is someone I would use again.
He closed the deal and I got the house!
