Lee was fantastic. He helped us get our dream home at a fair price. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and Lee took the time to explain everything to us. He even helped us avoid a big issue with an undisclosed buried oil tank. At the end of the day, we got everything we asked for from the seller. That is in no small part due to Lee's hard work, even in the middle of recovering from Helene.
