I would not want to have any other agent than Karen Martin. She has kept me apprised of my neighborhood prices over many years, and when the market heated up in 2021, and I decided to sell, then Karen was eager to discuss and handle any situation that arose. Karen went over and above what was expected of a realtor. We had inherited my mother’s home built in 1959. The house was in dire need of repairs including a foundation lift. Karen arranged for the companies to handle the lift. Additionally, the house needed nearly a complete remodel. Karen furnished a contractor who did the remodel with limited funds. Never were we pushed to accept offers and well advised of the situation when we finally sold the home. I sincerely feel we moved the property at the highest value we could have received and had difficulty getting the house to appraise for the sale price. I would strongly recommend her.

We moved to the Dallas area from Houston. Karen was there to help us with whatever our need. She drove a lot of miles showing up homes as we just didn't know what we were looking for. I know we weren't the only clients she was working with at the time our home was listed, but you would have never known that. Our home was only listed for a few weeks, when we got our first contract on it. The first people to look at it, bought it. Karen was there with us the entire time. If I ever need a Realtor again, I won't consider working with anyone other than Karen Martin.
