True professional. Responsive, dedicated and a great communicator. Have worked many times with Kathy as a seller and a buyer and she always goes above and beyond. Has a lot of experience in the various communities in fort myers and surrounding towns and knows how to navigate with the various Hoa . Working with an independent broker and not a big chain is also helpful. She’s the go to! I highly recommend her . Also has knowledge with investors and foreign buyers !

The one thing I like about Kathy more than anything is she doesn’t care if the property is really cheap. She treats you like you’re the best customer in the world. I’ve done a lot of business with Kathy over the years because she is responsive, knows her market, is tech savvy, a great communicator because I’m sure like me, a lot of buyers are out of state. She has gone to properties for me- has FaceTimed me, gone to inspections- she’s a full servicf realtor!
