During an unusual six hour long settlement, Katy was always readily available from the beginning to the end. She stayed professional throughout the whole transaction despite moments when the other agent was abrupt and rude over a minor concern. Luckily, her perseverance and patience got us to the finish line. Katy even went beyond her duties as a realtor by extended her act of kindness to remove that heavy debri out of the property to resolve the minor matter. She was exceptional to work with and truly an asset to Redfin.

Katy was wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I are lucky to have been paired with her through Redfin. During our house search, she was very patient and never rushed or pressured us. She was also up front about our search expectations. Once we decided on a house she helped us through the process and answered all of our questions. During our closing, we discovered a problem with the house that would have cost us hundreds of dollars to fix. Katy got on the phone and negotiated the repair. A week after our closing she was still patiently answering our questions. We cannot recommend Katy highly enough.

Highly recommend. Katherine helped me get my dream home which was initially under contract with other buyers.
