Fantastic, helped along every step!

Kelly Sams is a wonderful agent. As a matter of fact, I hope we become friends. She helped us buy a house. She was extremely fast to respond to my phone calls, texts, and emails even after 10 pm. She is very kind, humble, gentle, and will not try to push/convince you to buy something unless you initiate that first. She was ready to help us buy a house with hardly any commission for her (1% buyer's agent commission was advertised on some ugly older house we considered buying) with the same great smile, attitude, work ethic, and quality of service. She has a good network of people to help with home inspections if you don't have one in mind. She also knows a great lender that she recommended to us.
