Ken was the second agent I had from Redfin since my first agent Kimberley was not a good fit, I didn’t get much from Ken, I didn’t see any motivation from him to get multiple offers, he refused to do an open house, he has never been to any showings and I felt he was constantly talking about the things that was wrong with my house and not the positives, I accepted the offer because I had to leave, my house abroad was getting ready and needed to be there. This is our 2nd experience w/Ken. The first time he found us a house, and this time, he acted as a seller. Even though we had many others approaching us, we didn't think to bat an eyelid to just go directly to Ken because of our first experience with him. Ken is always available, always patient, and resourceful. He is as he always have been, honest with our options (rather than bias the options in his favor) -- which is the reason why we went to him in the first place. Because we know in Ken, there is never going to be a nagging suspicion of whether he is looking out for us in our best interest, either as an acting agent to buy or sell. I interviewed several real estate agents when I decided to put my house up for sale in May, 2016. I met with the real estate agent that is number one in Briarcliff Manor/ Ossining as well as another real estate agent that offered a reduced commission for selling.
