Kim was direct and to the point. She was knowledgeable in her trade and was on top of everything the second it came up. Kim was supportive and did everything she could to make this process go well for us. This was a difficult decision to sell, Kim often checked on us to see if we needed anything, and even stopped by in person to offer her support during our whirlwind fast closing and move. I would recommend Kim and Redfin for anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.

The market changed during this time more than it has since the crash of 2008. I can say without the experience, guidance, and assistance that Kim provided it would have been near impossible to navigate this market.
