Had the worst experience on my purchase. Kim worked with the listing agent behind my back to screw me over every step of the way. She did not listen to what I asked her to do when negotiating. She convinced me to close with repairs needed by the seller then left me hanging after she got paid and told me to get an attorney if the repairs weren’t completed instead of assisting. It was a total nightmare, she cost me thousands of additional repair costs and lost revenue on my rental. Do not use her! So many regrets.
